Day 1: Arrive in Beijing
The pre-arranged guide would be awaiting with a welcoming sign featuring our logo at the airport before the plane touches down. There would be no itinerary arranged for the rest of the day, considering your need to soothe the fatigue from the long-haul flight.

Free-time Ideas: The hotel you're staying is situated at the flourishing district, only one minutes' walk could you reach the Subway Station. New World Shopping Center, Wangfujing Walking Street and Hongqiao Market are reachable.

 

Day 2: Beijing
The first day of the trip would start with a visit to the very heart of the country's capital, Tiananmen Square, a magnificent square extending in front of the Forbidden City, which has been the power center for nearly six centuries and has witnessed 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties carried out their administration, followed by a pleasant lunch and a delightful afternoon in Summer Palace, the spectacular private garden for royal members only back in the imperial times.

Day 3: Beijing
This day's excursion begins with the Temple of Heaven, the sacred venue where the Ming/Qing Emperors performed major sacrificial and praying ceremonies for good fortune, prosperity and blessings. After that, embark on a 1.5 to 2-hour ride to the leg of Great Wall situated in Mutianyu, a not-so-overcrowded section of the Great Wall which extends over 2km but features cable car up and down the mountainous part. On the way back to the hotel, there will be a stop at the Bird's Nest stadium and Water Cube, and you'll have some time to take pictures.

Day 4: Beijing - Xian
After breakfast, featured on schedule is a Hutong Tour on rickshaw around the most original and characteristic neighborhood and a visit to a local family.  Afterwards, you would be taken to the railway station for the high speed rail train to Xian, which takes approximately 5 hours, and along the way you would have the chance to admire a different scenery of the countryside. Upon arriving at the Xian North Station, the professional tour guide would pick you up and escort you to the hotel.

Day 5: Xian
The highlight of the day is without doubt the most renowned feature of Xian and one of the most recognizable cultural symbols of China, which has been exhibited in dozens of different countries around the world ¨C the Terracotta Army, or better known as Bing Ma Yong in Chinese. As you may have heard, Terracotta Army is an army consists of thousands of soldiers, horses, chariots and loads of other items made of terracotta, under the demand of Qin Shi Huang, the first-ever emperor of China around the early 3rd century. More history, sagas and anecdotes behind this mysterious masterpiece would be presented by our guide on the tour. In the afternoon, the tour would be taken back to the downtown Xian, around the Xian City Wall, the 25.7km fortifications enclosing the city used to be the capital of China for 13 dynasties. The wall can be dated back to as early as the late 2nd century, but the existing wall was established in Ming Dynasty. Apart from it, also on the itinerary are the Great Mosque, the oldest Islamic mosque in the country, erected in 742AD, and the Muslim quarter built around it, which is rife with excellent historical buildings, favorable eateries, souvenir shops and the likes.

Day 6: Xian - Guilin
This day's tour is still surrounded on the historical side of Xian, featuring the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, a 43.4m (142ft) tall, 13-storey pagoda established during the Tang Dynasty, and the Xian Museum, showcasing nearly 15,000 pieces of items, right at the foot of it. After a special A La Carte lunch in a stylish local restaurant, you would be given a ride to the airport for your flight to the next destination, Guilin, and picked up from the airport straight to the hotel.

Day 7Guilin - YangshuoBoard on a well-equipped cruise ship at the Zhujiang Pier to sail down the gorgeous Li River. Just sit back, relax and take in the stunning sceneries along the river banks for four hours before arriving at Yangshuo. The most appropriate way to mill about a historical, captivating small town is evidently a bicycle ride, followed by a visit to a local family to experience the most authentic lifestyle of the local people.

Day 8: Yangshuo - Guilin - Kunming
This day kicks start with a ride back to Guilin and focuses on the Reed Flute Cave, a limestone cave filled with millions of years old stalactites, stalagmites and rock formations in various shapes resembling countless items, and Elephant Trunk Hill, the landmark of Guilin, which refers to a mountain appears very much alike an elephant sticking its trunk into the river for water. Then ride to the airport to take the flight to Kunming.

Day 9: Kunming
The trip will start with a visit to the famous Stone Forest. Listed in the World Heritage in 2007, unique Karst landscape can be seen here. Then transfer to the Golden Palace, the largest Taoist Tongwa (bronze-tiled) Temple in China which is survived to the modern era totally intact.

Day 10: Kunming - Dali
Taking your morning flight to Dali, you will be picked up by the pre-arranged guide in Dali. The sightseeing today will begin with the view of Erhai Lake by small boat, the second largest highland lake in Yunnan and one of the top seven largest freshwater lakes in China. Followed by a visit to the Three Pagodas which is the landmark of Dali. Later, Dali Old Town which has the reputation of backpacker heaven is the perfect place to relax. Foreigner Street in the town is recommended for you to have dinner.

Day 11: Dali - Lijiang
Pick you up and drive to Lijiang in the morning. Pay a visit to a local market, the traditional Tie-dying in Zhoucheng and the featured Yan's Compound of Bai ethnic group in Xizhou. Transfer to the hotel. We will head for Black Dragon Pool in the afternoon if your time permits.

Day 12: Lijiang
The first station is Shuhe Ancient Town which is protected as the world culture heritage site. Followed by the visit of Rock Joseph's Former Residence, the Austro-American botanist and explorer who lived here from 1922 to 1949, introducing innumerable plant species to the West and completing rigorous works on Naxi ethnology, in Yuhu Village, Baisha Murals, and the Local Bazaar. Then walk up Lion Hill to visit the Wangu Pavillion and to see the roof top of Lijiang Old Town but beware of "Free" blessing. Enjoy the traditional Naxi Ancient Music after dinner.

Day 13: Lijiang - Kunming - Bangkok
You will be transferred to take the flight to Bangkok via Kunming. Upon arrival, our guide will pick you up and transfer to the hotel we will book for you. The rest of the day will be your leisure time if time permits.

Day 14: Bangkok
Breakfast at hotel, you will first visit Wat Traimit, Wat Arun, and then visit the Wat Po, lies the largest Reclining Buddha. After lunch, transfer to Grand Palace, the most famous scenic spot in Bangkok and it adjoins Wat Phra Kaew, the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand. After this place, back to hotel at leisure.

Day 15: Bangkok - Chiang Mai
Fly to Chiang mai. Upon arrival at airport, meet and greet then transfer to the hotel. After a short rest, first experience Meo Hill Tribe Village culture in a hillside spot. Then transfer to visit Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep which is one of the most sacred temples in Chiang Mai. Later, return back to the hotel and you are free at leisure.

Day 16: Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai
Today after breakfast, we will head out to Chiang Rai. En route, visit the hot spring for relaxation. Continue to the Golden Triangle in Chiang Sean, where the three borders of Myanmar-Laos-Thailand meet. Lunch finished and transfer to Mae Sai Border (migration fee THB 500 on your own for one day crossing to Myanmar). Last, visit villages dwelling the indigenous Akha and Yao hill tribes on our way back to Chiang Mai.

Day 17:  Chiang Mai Sightseeing
We begin with a morning visit to the Maesa Elephant Camp, which gives you a joyous close-up with these talented animals - watch them perform little ¡®tricks', have an exciting elephant ride along the trails, followed by an ox-cart ride back to the camp. In the afternoon, enjoy a brilliant white-water rafting along Mae Taeng River. Return to Chiang Mai and a stop will be at Orchid Nursery to learn how the locals grow orchids. Transfer back to your hotel and get relaxed.

Day 18: Depart from Chiang Mai
You will have free time till your guide escorts you to airport for your flight to your next destination.
